I was once giving hope. Travelling the stars to find people, to connect them. To help better their lives. My captain using her power for good, helping those that needed it the most.
All changed when they brought it aboard. They used it as a symbol for change. Presented it to dignitaries in hopes to convince their minds. But instead it only brought envy.
So it came that I got stolen. The light of hope snuffed out momentarily. Used contrary to my old captain. They sealed away that blasted cube. Away from prying eye. They brought destruction and death into my hold. Now awaiting my next destiny.
Will I still be guiding?
